Based on days since the last sale, evaluated at the finest grain that matters for fashion retail: variant × size × shop. (Size XL dead in Lyon is a different problem from size M selling in Paris.) Only items with stock on hand are considered.Status tiers

Add the Dead stock table block to a dashboard. Rows are sorted by immobilized value (the capital tied up first), so the most expensive problems surface at the top.Acting on it
