How templates work
- A template is an ordered tree of sections → items (sections can hold items and one level of subsections).
- Templates are either global (Solya-curated personas like Buyer, Analyst, Operations — read-only) or organization templates (fully editable by your admins).
- Each scope can set a default for admins and a default for regular users, so the right menu loads automatically by role.
- You can fork a global template into your organization to start from a curated base.
Working with templates
Build the tree
Add sections and items (from the canonical menu), reorder them, and rename labels in
the full-screen editor.
Items still respect permissions: a menu entry is hidden if the user lacks access, even
if the template includes it.
