Rules & approval

Markdown has no approval gate. Rules guard things like the minimum margin after discount, whether the date falls inside an active markdown calendar window, and how recently a variant was already marked down. See Plan lifecycle & approvals.

Where it comes from

Discount percentages can be recommended by Solya’s decision layer (margin-floor aware) and applied in bulk by workflows, or set manually.
