The Activity page is your organization-wide audit feed. It aggregates every plan event across all plans in one chronological stream, so you can see what changed, when, and by whom — including automated actors.

What it shows

Every plan lifecycle and item event, for example:
  • Plan lifecycle — created, validated, status changed, closed, deleted.
  • Items — added, updated, removed, status changed.
  • Approvals — requested, approved, rejected, expired.
  • Plus configuration events like ruleset changes and API-token lifecycle.
Each entry records the actor — a user, a workflow, the scenario generator, the system, or an API token — so automated changes are as traceable as manual ones.

Tabs & live updates

  • All — the full event feed (newest first).
  • To validate — only approval-requested events (work awaiting a decision).
The feed polls automatically (every ~30s); a live indicator shows when it’s fresh.

Working with it

1

Open Activity

Go to Apps → Activity for the org-wide feed.
2

Focus on approvals

Switch to To validate to see what’s waiting for a decision.
3

Drill down

Click an event to open the related plan and its full history.
Activity reads the same immutable audit trail described in Plan lifecycle → activity; labels (names of users, variants, shops…) are resolved at read time so they stay current.
