Supplier constraints capture per-supplier ordering rules at the variant level — specifically the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and the pack multiple. Rules then check that restock and supplier-side plans respect them.

What a constraint holds

  • Supplier and variant it applies to.
  • MOQ — the minimum quantity you can order for that supplier-variant.
  • Pack multiple — the increment quantities must be a multiple of.
At least one of MOQ or pack multiple is set per constraint.

Rules

Supplier-constraint rules from the catalog check, for example, “variant below MOQ” or “quantity not a multiple of pack”, and warn when a plan line violates them.

Working with supplier constraints

1

Open supplier constraints

Go to Intelligence layer → Supplier constraints.
2

Add constraints

Add MOQ and/or pack-multiple rows per supplier-variant (you can import them in bulk).
3

Attach rules

Add the MOQ / pack-multiple rules to the ruleset used by your restock and supplier plans.
